Administrative & Financial Assistant

Lisbon, Portugal

We are looking for an Administrative and Financial Assistant to join our team. You will perform a variety of tasks,  including reconciliations, support the leadership team and you will be responsible for the accounts payable and accounts receivable.

For this position, you should be able to use your organisational skills to manage your time and activities, as you will collaborate with clients, suppliers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ultimately, you should be able to support our team and our operations.


  • Updating financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
  • Tracking and reconciling bank statements
  • Work with accounting and keep organized records
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process invoices and follow up with clients and suppliers 
  • Help oversee and manage suppliers
  • Administrative support: Compose and type regular correspondence, make travel arrangements and reservations when needed


  • Integrity and honesty
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with business principles and practices
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets
  • Drive to work in a start-up environment
